When I had my appointment at Bravadas, I was impressed from the minute I pulled up to their location. The reserved parking spots are a winning touch to ensure a positive customer experience.
One of the reasons Bravadas was founded was due to a lack of positive customer experiences in the wig shop industry. When now-CEO Scott Stark’s mom was diagnosed with cancer, they found the experience of finding a suitable wig for her to leave a lot to be desired. Scott founded Bravadas in order to make finding a wig a more friendly and positive experience for all. Now, the company is very focused on the customer experience, starting from the second you arrive.
Once inside, I began to check out the variety of wigs available. Bravadas carries wigs from several brands, including their own, as well as HairUWear, Jon Renau, and Henry Margu, among others.

At your custom appointment, your specialist will spend approximately an hour with you to help find the perfect wig to make sure you leave happy! (Walk ins are also accepted, but appointments preferred to ensure the best level of attention and service.)
During your visit to Bravadas, you can utilize one of their three private rooms to find your perfect style. The Bravadas team takes the time to do a private consultation so that you can leave confident with your look! The private rooms help to create a salon-like experience, something that previously missing in the wig shops industry.
This wig was my personal favorite! It reminded me of when I used to rock the platinum blonde look.
These styles with the attached hat have been very popular lately, too. Bravadas is one of the best wig shops in Kansas City because they keep up with the trends, helping everyone to find the style that makes them feel most confident.
Of course I loved this purple and rose gold wig! I love that I could have my hair like this without the commitment and damage of hair dye. (I stopped coloring my hair in 2019 due to extensive damage.)
