Can you believe back to school season is upon us? It’s time to stock closets for back to school, so today I’m highlighting one of my favorite stores to find name brand affordable back to school clothes. If you’re looking for name brands for less, check out these amazing finds from Gordmans!

Colton will be in 4-year-old preschool this year. He’ll have a similar schedule to last year [4 days per week, 3 hours per day] and lots of the same kids in his class, which is great. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about sending him 4 days per week, however, it’s worked out well for our family.
Blair just turned 2, so she’ll be spending another year at home with me. She gets her social interaction through swim lessons, gymnastics, and the gym childcare. I’m also planning to sign her up for dance lessons this fall.
Colton’s outfit in these photos is a pretty accurate representation of the “uniform” for most boys at his school–they’re all about the athletic wear. Honestly so am I, but name brand athletic clothes add up fast.
I love shopping at Gordmans for affordable back to school clothes because I can find name brand outfits for the entire family at crazy discounts. I’m going to show you my Gordmans haul in the next picture because I’m so proud of it!
I got all of that at Gordmans for about $150! Everything I picked up for Colton and Blair are popular brands–Nike, Adidas, Champion, Hurley, and those cute unicorn shoes are Laura Ashley. I also got myself a Nike tank, plus a teddy bear jacket and some trendy lace-up booties. [That’s part of the fun at off-price retailers like Gordmans, you never know what you’ll find. Even though I was technically back to school shopping for Colton, I found such great deals for Blair and I that I had to stock our closets too!]
Gordmans isn’t just clothes and shoes, either. Here’s how I organized my makeup and jewelry using only items from Gordmans!
In addition to the great deals, I love that Gordmans is a company that gives back. They’ve partnered with No Kid Hungry to help raise money to provide meals for the 1 in 6 American children who live with hunger. Did you know that 3 out of 4 public school teachers say kids regularly come to school hungry? That’s a staggering statistic. I know how difficult it is for me to focus when I’m hungry; I can’t imagine trying to learn like that on a regular basis. [Lots more statistics here, too.]
How cute is Blair’s little lunch tote? Gordmans has a whole collection of items specific to the No Kid Hungry partnership, and they’re donating 50% of the sales price of these participating items to No Kid Hungry. Check out the whole collection here! I think “Working on my Core” is my fave; my husband likes “I’m Kind of a Big Dill.”
From now until August 31, 2019, add the hashtag #FuelKidsFutures to your IG feed posts and Gordmans will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry for each photo using the hashtag [up to $10,000]. Such an easy way for all of us to show support!
